ChatExtra 是一款獨立的 Mac 應用程式，透過內嵌網頁顯示第三方聊天網站。本公司不營運該聊天服務，亦沒有自建伺服器接收或備份你的聊天內容。第三方網站會按其自身私隱政策處理你經網站提供的帳戶、聯絡人、訊息及附件資料。

本機儲存

帳戶名稱、帳戶識別碼及 App 設定保存在你的 Mac。每個帳戶使用獨立 WebKit 網站資料庫；登入狀態、Cookie、快取及已同步網站資料由 WebKit 保存在本機。
你自行匯入的 UTF-8 文字聊天封存會複製到本機 App Support。封存沒有額外的應用層加密；請使用 macOS 帳戶及磁碟保護。ChatExtra 不會自動將網站對話另行匯出為封存。
附件下載至「下載項目」或你選定的資料夾。你主動上傳的附件會由內嵌網站傳送至第三方服務。

通知與購買

當 ChatExtra 運行中，App 可讀取網頁未讀數。若你開啟訊息預覽，App 亦可讀取發信人及訊息預覽並交予 macOS 顯示本機通知；macOS 通知中心可能保留通知內容。你可在 App 設定關閉預覽或通知。購買由 Apple StoreKit 處理；App 在裝置上讀取 Apple 驗證的交易狀態，以決定 Premium 權益。本公司沒有自建付款伺服器。

資料選擇及刪除

你可在 App 刪除匯入的本機封存、移除帳戶或重設該帳戶網站資料。若 WebKit 正在使用資料庫，完整清理可能延至下次啟動重試。下載到 App 外的檔案須由你自行刪除。第三方聊天帳戶及其伺服器資料須按該服務提供的方法管理；Apple 購買紀錄由 Apple 管理。

Privacy Policy

ChatExtra is an independent Mac app that displays a third-party chat website in an embedded web view. We do not operate the chat service or run a server that receives or backs up your conversations. The website processes account, contact, message and attachment data under its own privacy policy.

Data on your Mac

Account names, identifiers and preferences remain on your Mac. WebKit keeps each account's sign-in state, cookies, cache and synced website data in a separate local website data store. Text chat exports you import are copied into local App Support storage without additional app-level encryption. The app does not automatically export website conversations. Downloads go to Downloads or a folder you select. Files you choose to upload are sent by the website to the third-party service.

Notifications and purchases

While the app runs, it may read website unread counts. If message previews are enabled, it may pass sender names and message previews to macOS for local notifications; Notification Center may retain them. You can turn previews and notifications off in Settings. Apple StoreKit processes purchases. The app reads Apple-verified transactions on your device to grant Premium access; we do not run a payment server.

Your choices

You can delete imported archives, remove an account or reset its local website data in the app. If WebKit is using a data store, complete removal may be retried on the next launch. Delete downloaded files separately. Manage your chat account and server-side data with the third-party service, and Apple purchase records with Apple. For privacy questions, email info@thearktech.com.
